Job Description As an Associate Construction Manager / Inspector, you will play a pivotal role in the success of diverse construction projects that include utility infrastructure, water/sewer distribution systems, and roadways. Operating beyond entry-level capacity, you'll bring your expertise to bear on small-scale construction supervision assignments for projects of varying sizes. Your responsibilities will extend to interpreting project specifications and plans across various disciplines, inspecting and coordinating inspection of construction work, coordinating schedules, verifying projects are completed per the project documents, and overseeing projects of various complexity. Working collaboratively with experienced construction managers and engineers, you will be instrumental in driving projects to successful completion. Your role ensures not only the efficient execution of tasks but also contributes to the overall excellence and success of each project, reflecting your commitment to quality in construction management.
You will travel to various job sites at different stages of construction and work in all types of terrain and weather conditions. Qualifications You are passionate about: Working collaboratively with others. Having ownership in the work you do. Using your talents to positively affect communities. You bring to the team: Strong communication skills. Ability to contribute and work well on a team. Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or other applicable field, preferred but not required.  A minimum of one (1) year of experience in construction observation or construction inspection. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner. Valid drivers license with clean driving history. Willingness to work a flexible schedule. OSHA 10 preferred, but not required.
