Position Overview: Established crews with their trucks and equipment can gross $150,000-$250,000 annually. We even offer equipment rental support for those with skills but are just starting out. Job Responsibilities: Conduct pre-departure inspections of trucks/trailers to ensure proper tool and material supply. Supervise and assign tasks to the installation crew on-site. Coordinate fence locations and ensure no conflicts with utilities. Interpret and follow instructions, drawings, and specifications accurately. Provide safety instructions and supervise crew operations. Maintain professionalism and respond promptly to employee and customer needs. Complete administrative tasks and assessments as required. Interact with customers professionally and pleasantly. Demonstrate expertise in all aspects of the company's Installer Assessment Form. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Read plans, follow verbal instructions, and adhere to safety regulations. Hold a valid driver's license and be insurable. Pass a background check with no recent felonies. Work independently with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills. Be punctual and dependable.
