Resident Assistant position in busy senior living communityProvide personal care to senior assisted living/memory care residentsPart-time weekend caregiver/home health aide schedule

Responsibilities
• Assist residents with personal cares (bathing, dressing, etc.)• Provide health-related services as needed (medication, monitoring, etc.)• Perform additional duties such as laundry, cleaning, and meal service• Observe and report resident status• Assist with onboarding of new staff
Requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately• Curiosity and willingness to work with older population• CNA certification required if under 18• High School diploma or GED preferred
