Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Remote Office Manager to join our team at Priceline Group. As a part-time entry level position based in Washington, D.C., US, you will play a key role in supporting our remote office operations.
Responsibilities:1. Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks for the remote office.2. Conduct research and analysis on various projects and initiatives.3. Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and events.4. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.5. Maintain office supplies and equipment.6. Assist with travel arrangements for team members.7. Support remote staff with any administrative needs.8. Uphold high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.9. Ensure the smooth operations of the remote office.
Requirements:1. Resourceful and reliable individual with excellent organizational skills.2. Strong analytical and research skills.3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.4.
