Job Description:

Cablevision Systems is seeking a motivated and confident Online Client Support Associate to join our team in Washington, D.C. This is a full-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer service and have a high level of emotional intelligence and time management skills.

Responsibilities:- Provide online support to clients via email, chat, and phone- Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and billing questions- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless client experience- Stay up to date on company products and services to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in client support or a related field- Confident and passionate attitude towards customer service- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
