Remote Live Chat Representative

Farmers Insurance Exchange is seeking a motivated and passionate Remote Live Chat Representative to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As a part-time position at the Associate Level, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service and support through live chat to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and policy information- Utilize resources to accurately and efficiently respond to customer inquiries- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service- Document customer interactions and update customer records as needed- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service- Hardworking and dedicated to exceeding customer expectations- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask- Innovative mindset to improve processes and customer experience- Ability to work well in a team environment- High school diploma or equivalent
