Job Description:
Johnson Controls is looking for a Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This full-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and energetic, with strong project management and planning skills.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via live chat- Resolving customer issues and providing excellent customer service- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Monitor and analyze live chat performance metrics and provide feedback for improvement- Assist in the development of training materials for new hires- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience- 4+ years of experience in customer service or live chat support- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software- Strong project management and planning skills- Resourceful and energetic personality traits
