Target is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Success Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is a remote work opportunity based in San Francisco, California, USA. The ideal candidate for this entry-level role will possess a high level of adaptability and energy, as well as a strong aptitude for innovation and creativity.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Utilize various software tools and systems to track customer interactions and resolve issues- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction- Assist in generating reports and analyzing customer data to identify trends and patterns

Requirements:- No prior experience required, but a passion for customer service is a must- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment- High school diploma or equivalent
