Remote Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

Amgen is seeking a motivated and energetic Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in San Jose, California. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role and possess a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Provide timely and accurate information to customers- Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Utilize time management skills to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently- Demonstrate emotional intelligence when addressing customer concerns and complaints- Meet and exceed customer service goals and performance metrics

Requirements:- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role- Energetic and passionate attitude towards customer service- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers- Effective time management skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office- High school diploma or equivalent
