Job Description:AGCO, a leading agricultural equipment manufacturer, is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and resourceful, with strong critical thinking and creativity skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements:- At least 3 years of experience in customer service- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively- Strong problem-solving skills- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent
