We're looking to hire an energetic and outgoing concierge with outstanding customer service skills. You'll need excellent communication skills to answer phone inquiries and make reservations. Your main duties include on-boarding new members, giving prospective members tours of the lounge and outlining membership tiers and benefits. Welcoming guests and guiding them to a table that has been cleared and cleaned will also be expected. You'll ensure that there are enough seats for the entire party and maintain guest experience throughout their visit. Your attire should be professional and neat, with comfortable shoes so you can stand on your feet frequently throughout your shift.
