Job Description:

Marriott International is seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Care Officer to join our team in Denver, Colorado. Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience for all guests.3. Coordinate with other departments within the organization to address customer needs and concerns effectively.4. Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, services, and policies to customers.5. Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications according to company procedures.6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.7. Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed customer service goals and targets.

Requirements:1. Four years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.3. Resilient and hardworking attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.4. Project management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.5. Persuasion skills to effectively resolve customer issues and concerns.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.7. Knowledge of hotel industry practices and procedures is a plus.
