Xerox is seeking a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team in San Jose, California. This part-time position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in a fast-paced contact center environment. As an Entry Level specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the company's database.4.
