Job Description:As a Remote Client Support Assistant at New York Life Insurance, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch customer service and support to clients from the comfort of your own home in Los Angeles, California. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of relevant experience and the ability to work independently and diligently.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and online chat- Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and account maintenance- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of client issues- Conduct research and problem-solving to address client needs effectively- Manage client relationships and offer personalized assistance as needed- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on insurance products and services offered by the company- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times- Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or client support- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Comfortable with people management and building relationships- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other computer applications- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
