Job Description:We are seeking a Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team at Motorola Solutions in San Francisco, California. This part-time Associate Level position requires at least 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field. As a Remote Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for designated clients, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions to any issues that may arise- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to ensure a positive experience- Collaborate with internal teams to address client requests and ensure timely delivery of services- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients- Monitor client satisfaction and continuously seek feedback to improve our offerings- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to clients- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- 4+ years of experience in client relations, sales, or a similar role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Resilient and reliable with the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism- Strategic planning abilities to anticipate and address client needs effectively- High emotional intelligence to navigate client relationships with empathy and understanding- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
