Customer Support Manager

Job Description:

Prudential Financial is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team in San Francisco, California. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer support or a related field. We are looking for an energetic and adaptable individual with strong communication and negotiation skills to lead our customer support team.

Responsibilities:1. Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance and support as needed.2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints.3. Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement.4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Train and onboard new customer support team members.6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.2. Proven experience in a customer support role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly.
