Remote Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

Gilead Sciences is seeking a motivated and confident Remote Client Relations Assistant to join our team in San Diego, California. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to develop their career in client relations and support.

Responsibilities:- Assist in managing client relationships remotely, ensuring client satisfaction and retention- Communicate with clients through phone calls, emails, and video conferences to address their needs and concerns- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement client strategies and initiatives- Track client interactions and maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for client growth and improvement- Provide administrative support to the client relations team as needed

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field- Confident and motivated personality with a strong desire to succeed in client relations- Excellent decision-making skills and ability to persuade others to take action- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Experience in a client-facing role is a plus
