Job Description:
BlackRock is seeking a dedicated and driven Remote Account Support Specialist to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. As a Remote Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-level support to our clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our company.
Responsibilities:1. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests via phone, email, and chat.2. Provide accurate and timely responses to client requests, resolving any issues or escalating to the appropriate team if necessary.3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions that meet their expectations.4. Work closely with internal teams, including Sales and Operations, to coordinate client requests and ensure timely delivery of services.5. Maintain accurate client records and data in our CRM system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and complete.6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.7. Participate in training and development activities to expand your knowledge of the company's products and services.8. Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client support role.2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.6. High level of innovation and the ability to make decisions quickly.7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
