Remote Account Support Officer

Job Description:

Marsh & McLennan, a leading global insurance brokerage and risk management firm, is seeking a part-time Remote Account Support Officer to join our team in San Jose, California. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities:1. Provide account support to clients remotely, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inquiries and issues.2. Collaborate with Account Managers to develop and execute client service plans.3. Maintain client records and documentation in compliance with company policies.4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.5. Assist in the preparation and presentation of client reports and proposals.6. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of services to existing clients.7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to better serve clients.

Requirements:1. Confident and energetic personality with excellent communication skills.2. Strong planning and project management skills.3. Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.6. Insurance industry experience is a plus.
