The Behavioral Health Nursing team up at the Union Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to work 24 hours per week - Night shift with occasional rotation day shifts, as needed. Weekends and Holidays are per the department guidelines.
Behavioral Health (Psych) nursing experience in an Inpatient or Outpatient setting is a plus. Candidates with strong Medical Surgical experience with a demonstrated passion for this area will also be considered.
REQUIREMENTS:
- BSN preferred
- Current Maryland RN license or eligibility for Maryland RN license
- BLS required
- Psychiatric Nursing experience is not required but should demonstrate a passion for working with the psychiatric population and ability to learn.
- Preferred two year med/surg experience in an acute care setting
- Professional Certification in Psychiatric-Mental Health or Medical/Surgical preferred
