The Regional Director of Operations is an exciting opportunity for a highly rewarding career in a fast-paced environment. The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for the operational oversight of multiple senior living communities. They will coordinate the operations to fall within the operational guidelines of governmental agencies and the parent company.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversees the operations for various senior living communities (including independent living, assisted living, and memory care) and ensures the operations follow federal, state, and local regulations as well as corporate guidelines. Manages the day-to-day operations, including staffing, to ensure the services provided comply with the company's standard of excellence and yield high resident and family satisfaction. Responsible for leading and managing the operational leadership teams at each community within the region, including hiring, training, coaching, and any necessary disciplinary actions. Conducts monthly meetings with the operational leadership teams of each community setting operational goals, problem solving, holding teams accountable, and reviewing progress. Works with Executive Directors and community leadership teams on daily challenges and works collectively towards community goals. Works to improve census, policies and procedures, and care while collaborating with the management team to create a culture of care and accountability. Performs mock surveys on a regular basis to improve survey readiness of each community. Ensures the operations of each community adhere to the budget and completes various reports as requested. Serves as a representative of the CR Senior Living Management team attending resident and community engagement events. Other duties as assigned. Requirements:
Licensed AL Administrator in NC, SC, or GA preferred. Prior operations management experience in the senior living industry. This position has frequent travel requirements between NC, SC, and GA.
