We are currently looking for an experienced Recruiter in our Minneapolis office.
As a leading investment bank, we enable growth and success for our clients through deep sector expertise, candid advice and a differentiated, highly productive culture. Responsibilities: Full life cycle recruitment for a wide range of roles to support hiring in, Equities, Investment Banking and Public Finance and other business areas Proactively communicate and collaborate with hiring managers regarding lateral hiring needs Desire and ability to creatively source and identify passive and active candidates by utilizing multiple strategies including: LinkedIn, social media, networking, cold calling, direct sourcing and referrals Develop an effective pipeline of key talent through innovative methods and solutions to improve each business line's overall pipeline strength Screen candidates, provide feedback to hiring teams in roundtable discussions, prepare and negotiate offers and handle pre-hire onboarding Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely coordination of the interview and offer process and act as a liaison for all persons involved hiring Monitor and manage candidate applications to ensure candidates are accurately tracked within our applicant tracking system (Taleo) Partner with the broader team to support firmwide recruiting and talent pipeline broadening initiatives Point of contact for temporary agencies, search firm and all other vendors Assist with other projects as needed Requirements: Bachelor's degree 3 - 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience Ability to work effectively with a broad range of internal and external partners at all levels Excellent organizational, time management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet tight deadlines as required Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in a corporate environment, specifically in financial services, a plus
