The Operations Equity and Inclusion Intern will blend project management, analysis, research, administrative assistance, planning supports to the business areas of operations, specifically the equity director, business area equity teams and the operations equity committee. The Operations Equity and Inclusion Intern will have an interest in learning more about operations functions, project management across professional disciplines, and work independently and with various teams. The Operations Equity and Inclusion intern must have awareness of how personal, educational and professional experiences have shaped understanding and approach to the work. Internship Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Monitor progress of overall operations equity agenda
• Project manage operations equity committee and business area equity teams
• Support integration of equity analysis into existing processes of core operations functions
• Coordinate research and the curation of assets and resources Qualifications To facilitate proper crediting, please ensure that your resume clearly describes your experience in the areas listed and indicates the beginning and ending month and year for each job held. • Understanding of intercultural competency
• High comfortability level having conversations around issues such as equity, inequity, and disparities

• Excellent communication skills Additional Requirements Currently pursuing an undergraduate, four-year degree or graduate program Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Communications or related field Must be in academic years of sophomore, junior, or senior Must provide unofficial transcript to show proof of school enrollment Must be willing to reside in Minnesota for the duration of internship Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check will be conducted on all finalists for this position.
