Record Coordinator
in their Greenwich, CT. office!

Demonstrate proficiency in iManage functionality
Efficiently perform electronic filing of various document types directly into iManage
Execute database updates related to the Will
Organize and process incoming materials, including files, boxes, and documents
Scan and promptly send requested files to Staff
Scan and reshelve both files and inner files
Ensure accurate and timely filing of client materials
Generate new Redwelds and inner files as required
Responsively handle requests for information, questions, and potential issues
Coordinate the retrieval, processing, and distribution of files from off-site storage
Prepare and process timekeeper materials for off-site storage
Facilitate large-scale file room purges for extensive off-site storage operations
