Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot computer OS and peripherals• Handle different PC operating systems• Perform hardware and software installations• Support printers and MS Office tools• Provide field experience supporting various technologies• Manage time and resources to meet or exceed expectations• Maintain professionalism under pressure• Provide reliable transportation and flexible schedule• Resolve conflicts and communicate effectively with clients• Deliver quality work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
Requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities• Excellent end-user computing skills• Good knowledge of infrastructure support• Strong customer service ethic• Experience in a similar role• 2+ years of relevant experience• PC/Laptop OEM Maintenance Certification (preferred)• CompTIA A+ Certification (preferred)• Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification in the desktop area (preferred)• Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification (preferred)• Ready to travel 10-20 miles as per the requirement
