RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY :
Acting Management Representative for most current quality system (ISO & IATF). Train and support operators and QC personnel Authorized to stop production for suspect or nonconforming product Support and maintain the following quality system documentation: Quality System (QMS) as designed
Line inspections
Product Safety & Conformity Representative (PSCR)
Document and Data Control (Company files and Smart Sheet storage)
Product identification and Traceability
Inspection and approval of Machine Tooling
Inspection and Testing status of Machine product
Control of Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment (Gage Calibration )
Control of Quality Records (1st Pc, Tool Grind, Inspection Instructions, C/A ,8-Ds, PPAP Doc's)
Support Quality Audits
Understanding of Statistical Techniques with the use of SPC (SPC Express)
Awareness of Advanced Quality Planning Process (Supported by Smart Sheet)
Maintain Operator Instructions
Understands Containment processes
First off/Last off status at machine Red box.
MS-Office / Computer Skills
Suppliers Performance and Management
JOB EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS :
3-years' experience in quality control (automotive related manufacturing) preferred Corrective Actions (8-D, 5 Why) 2-years of gage calibration experience Use of Vernier & Digital type Inspection Gages. Ability to use Older Green Screen Comparator. Surface Tester 1-year SPC experience preferred Blueprint reading ISO/IATF experience preferred Certified Internal Auditor a plus EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :
