Job Description

The Quality Manager will manage and lead the associates and facilities that support metal finishing processes within our AS9100D & ISO 9001:2015 and Nadcap quality management systems.

The ideal candidate will fulfill the expectations outlined below:
·

Management of all quality functions, incoming materials, and completed finished product.
·

New employee introduction training for quality and safety
·

Manage Laboratory for compliance of daily operational processes.
·

Supports internal and external regulatory audits of function.
·

Waste stream

management/disposition.
·

Oversee regulatory compliance testing.
·

Manage quality system performance metrics.
·

Manages process integrity, business data collection and reporting to senior management.
·

Organizational lead of NADCAP certification expansion for all processes.
·

Works closely with Customers on all NCR related issues.
·

Work with Operations to resolve non-conformances and create short- and long-term solutions for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and experience:
·

BS or greater in Chemistry or scientific-related field.
·

Knowledge of AS9100D & ISO 9001:2015 and Nadcap.
·

Prior leadership experience a plus.
·

Prior metal finishing experience a plus
Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word)
