• Serve customers throughout the store• Cut to order cheese and charcuterie• Prepare platters for catering department• Fulfill orders for online purchases• Stock and merchandise the shop• Communicate with Manager about items, feedback, etc.• Follow food safety and hygiene standards• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop• Grow and develop skills and knowledge about the cheese industry• Taste cheese
Requirements
• Experience as a cheesemonger preferred• Ability to multitask• Positive energy and go-getter attitude• Flexibility in scheduling• Desire to grow with the shop• Ability to work 8 hours standing• Ability to lift 40 lbs• Tasting cheese
