Works with diverse clients in a region.Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks.Order transfer and reviewAssume ownership of orders at order transfer by Sales after reviewDefine action plans to resolve outstanding issues at order transferReport gross margin of orders bookedContract delivery & performanceEnsure delivery of customer contracts are compliant to the requirements of the contract (technical specification, scope and time of delivery) leading to full customer satisfaction and business objectives of gross margin, revenue recognition and cash are met.Contract review and Risk & Opportunities ManagementPerform project reviews and risks and opportunities management in line with business guidelinesMonitor the budget and detect opportunities for raising claims in case customer deviates from contract terms & specificationReceivables managementCustomer invoicing in line with contractual milestonesCash-in improvementFollow-up and reduction of overdues in line with business objectivesE&C (Erection & Commissioning) Co-ordinationProvide forecast to the E&C team for planning resources (monthly update on contracts requiring E&C)Invoicing of E&C servicesCustomer satisfactionAddress customer responses on priority to ensure customer's satisfaction and confidence towards the organizationCo-ordinate efforts with customer care to ensure timely resolution of warranty issuesEnsure proper dialogue for resolution of disputes (delays, cancellation, change in scope)Ensure adequate planning and productive time for customer during FAT visitsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering or BusinessMinimum of 2 years of experience inproject management, engineering, manufacturing(OR Associate's degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, engineering, manufacturing, or related field)Desired CharacteristicsStrong oral and written communication skills.Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneouslyStrong problem solving skillsExcellent computer skills required, including MS Office (Word, Excel)Strong management, problem solving, organizational, and communication skills (oral and written)Excellent Project Management skills along with effective planning and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal skills and extremely resourcefulProven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timelineAdditional InformationGE offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.
