Release Train Manager

Position: Release Train Manager
Location: Hybrid in PITTSBURGH PA (3 days in office)
Length: 12month contract with the potential to extend
Necessary Qualifications: Extensive background in leading Program and Project initiatives for 1015 years. Proficiency in managing sizable projects and programs exceeding $10 million in budget. Comprehensive understanding of technology software development and delivery processes. Advanced proficiency in utilizing JIRA for Agile tracking and planning. Specialized knowledge and certification in Scaled Agile methodologies. Primary Responsibilities: Overseeing Program and Project delivery within a Scaled Agile framework. Demonstrated track record of clearly defining roles and illustrating overall impact. Job titles may include Agile Project Manager/Program Manager RTE Delivery Lead or Delivery Manager. Key Focus Areas: Execution of Programs and Projects in a Scaled Agile setting. Demonstrated expertise and fluency in SAFe principles including PI Planning and ART. Preferably experience in enterprise settings particularly within banking or financial services. Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment particularly in regulated industries like banking financial services healthcare or insurance.
