Responsibilities
• Overlook hands-on job cost accounting for multiple projects• Manage Subcontractor AP processing, Client invoicing, and budgeting• Ensure continuous knowledge of all costs related to each project• Work with Project Management team to provide necessary direction/support• Communicate and resolve accounting related problems with team• Monitor projects from a risk management perspective• Maintain effective communication and enforcement of Company Policies and Procedures• Work 60% in office and 40% remote after 90 days
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required• 2+ years of Construction or project-related accounting preferred• Self-starter with high motivation• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
