Production Supervisor

The Production Shift Supervisor at our Friendly, West Virginia Aluminum Recycling facility will be responsible for all plant operations, on assigned shift, for the melting of scrap aluminum raw materials rotary furnaces and the production of molten, sow and milling products.
Three years supervisory experience in an industrial manufacturing operation. Proven ability to function with minimal supervision while also leading others toward project goals. Ability to effectively communicate, problem solve and multi-task. Must be able to influence and work effectively with all levels of employees. Ability to work in a fast paced environment Highly motivated, goal oriented, ethical, and challenge driven Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form Must possess strong decision making and problem solving skills Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and organizational skills are essential The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to this classification.
