About the Role The Product Strategy and Development Manager is responsible for managing the efforts and analysis focused on assessing current state, identifying strategic intent, and outlining potential impact of new initiatives and/or products. Once desirability has been established, the manager works closely with management, IT and other necessary stakeholders to define key characteristics of potential solutions, resourcing needs, and approach strategies. Once leadership is aligned, the Product Strategy and Development Manager works closely with Product Management to develop the product roadmap and manage continuous strategic alignment between stakeholders and the resulting products and solutions.

Responsibilities We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:
Serve as an expert on Enterprise Mobility strategy, operational models, target customers, and employee culture to develop and drive relevant and viable product concepts Manage the product strategy process by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting information to develop strategy and vision that directionally inform future state system capabilities and product roadmaps – ensuring that the products created align with the needs, opportunities and strategies of the business Perform research, data analysis, and lead fact-finding meetings, to understand patterns, and draw conclusions in a hypothesis-driven approach to generate unique and actionable insights that drive strategy Collect and analyze complex product information, and consult with various departments (i.e., Legal, IT, Risk Management) to identify potential risks or technology limitations and adjust project strategy accordingly Gather information and insights, organize content and format, and develop presentations, to deliver the right message based on the level of management or audience Work closely with Product Management, IT, Operations, Sales, Customer Experience, Data Analytics and external partners (as appropriate) to collect the insights necessary to create a business case and compelling storyline that leads to alignment on Product Strategy Assist in the development of executive-level presentations that help gain alignment on opportunities Provide expert facilitation skills to elicit the key components informing desirability, feasibility, viability outputs Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans Qualifications Minimum :
Bachelor's Degree Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future Must have 4 or more years of experience in Product Management, Process Innovation, Product Strategy, or similar Preferred :
