Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven PR Associate to join our team at Cincinnati Financial. This is a remote part-time position based in Washington, D.C., US. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in public relations or related fields and possess a confident and hardworking personality.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic communication plans to promote our company's reputation and brand- Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials- Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts- Monitor and analyze media coverage- Assist with crisis communication strategies- Collaborate with internal teams to align PR efforts with overall marketing objectives- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field- 3+ years of experience in public relations or a similar role- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Excellent project management abilities- Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and PR software- Experience with social media management is a plus
