Posting And Accounts Recivable/Payable Clerk

Primary responsibilities include posting payments, daily reconciliation, month end billing/statements, answering phone calls, providing customer support, and ensuring efficient operation of our office. If you're good with people and have excellent communications skills, let's talk!
This is a full-time, entry-level position; salary is commensurate with experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES Posting and balancing of daily payments Process transactions including ACH information and credit card payments Paying bills Answers phone calls Collects, reviews and analyzes data, and prepares reports Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, mail and e-mail Provides customer service Requirements Must be able to work as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent Strong customer relationship skills Strong organizational skills Must be detail-oriented Experienced with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Quickbooks a plus Benefits Competitive salary Simple IRA Paid time off Family-friendly, energetic, flexible work environment
