Overview We have full-time or part-time Physical Therapist positions available in our Rehab Services department. This position includes working in our inpatient and outpatient departments, as well as providing care for swing bed/transitional care patients. The shift is day shift, typically weekdays, occasional holidays, and working in a regular weekend shift rotation.

Responsibilities Responsible for evaluation, planning, directing and administering physical agent modalities and procedures as prescribed by referring provider to restore function and prevent disability.
Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program. Current in required CEUs. Currently licensed to practice in the State of Minnesota, as certified by Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy. Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association. PI********
