Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient clinic care• Round on newborns• Attend C-sections in busy, growing practice• Collaborate with a team of 4 physicians, 2 full-time CNPs, 2 part-time CNPs, 1 part-time behavioral health CNP, and lactation consultant• Cover single hospital with Level 1 nursery• Approximately 400 births per year at hospital's birth center• Transport newborns to Nationwide Children's Hospital or Dayton Children's Hospital if necessary• Be the only pediatrics practice in a 20+ mile radius• Participate in community involvement/activities
Requirements
• BC/BE in Pediatrics - Required• OH license to practice (or willing to obtain) - Required• DEA - Preferred• PALS - Preferred• NRP - Preferred
