Advanced Practice Provider Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant
Job Location: Springfield, IL (onsite).
Job Type: Per Diem, 1099 Contract.
Pay rate: $130/hr.
Schedule: 7/23 and 7/24.
Full Description: VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Advanced Practice Provider Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant to provide skin cancer screenings and general dermatological evaluations onsite at a private business with multiple locations in  Springfield, IL . Our office arranges the patient appointments, provides all the equipment and does the administrative work, giving you the time and luxury to provide clinical one-on-one patient care in an office setting.

Responsibilities: Provide skin checks, skin cancer screenings and small procedures. Consult with patients to understand their dermatological health concerns. Advise/ refer patients for follow-up care.
Provide telemedicine services for follow-ups (as needed). Requirements: Active and valid NP/PA license to practice in the state of IL.
Minimum 3-5 years of direct dermatology experience following post graduate training.
Advanced practice certification in dermatology. Must have own collaborating/ supervising physician. Patient education driven.
Must be proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently. Must be up to date with COVID-19 vaccinations.
