Schedule for the Patient Coordinator:
35+ hours per week

One evening shift and 1-2 Saturdays per month required

Responsibilities and Requirements of the Patient Coordinator:
Minimum 2 years of Dental Patient Coordinator experience

Experience with Dentrix highly preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Enter and update patient information

Answer patient phone calls in a professional and friendly manner

Efficiently schedule patient appointments

Collect patient payment on the day of service
