This role will be working 1st shift hours, Monday-Thursday.  Sound good? Take a closer look below. This is a Contract-to-hire position for about 3-months and eligible for Kelly Services Contractor perks such as Medical, Dental, Vision coverage through the ACA compliant healthcare plan. $16.50/hour Temp-to-hire Schedule: This is a full-time (40+ hours a week). Hours are Monday-Thursday 7am-5pm
This role is responsible for packaging, cleaning, and relieving for breaks. This role will primarily work in the production area.
Job duties include: Spotting out-bound trucks into material load docks, ensuring dock-locks Reclaiming off-quality Unbonded Loosefill and refeeding the material to the forehearth Packaging operator placing bags on bagger equipment snouts ensuring proper packaging of finished goods material Performs general cleanup duties in designated areas (including, but not limited to, sweeping floor, blowing down the line/robot, cleaning break rooms, etc.). Assist with Preventative Maintenance processes Job requirements: 1 – 3 years manufacturing experience preferred Must be able to read, write, and speak English Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions Must possess strong communication and organizational skills Must have the ability to multi-task Must have strong internal and external customer service skills Must work well in team environment Must be able to work independently Must have to ability to do intermediate mathematical calculations APPLY TODAY FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION! #cb #p1
