Concrete Superintendent

Stable, strong and long standing Team is looking for loyal, professional and eager Concrete Superintendent to lead one of the area's longest standing and highest applauded construction companies. We are seeking no less than 3yr Superintendent Experience and a strong understanding of all things Concrete.Responsibilities:Assist with the preparation and setup of concrete forms, scaffolding, and other construction materialsPour, spread, and level concrete using various tools and equipmentSmooth and finish surfaces of poured concreteOperate power tools such as concrete saws, jackhammers, and drillsAssist in the demolition of existing concrete structuresClean and maintain tools and equipment used in concrete workFollow safety guidelines and procedures on construction sitesQualifications:Previous experience as a concrete laborer or in a similar role is preferredAbility to read and interpret construction plans and blueprintsKnowledge of basic construction techniques and materialsPhysical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditionsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accuratelyExcellent teamwork and communication skillsSkills:Familiarity with Prolog, Primavera, HeavyBid, Bluebeam, or other construction management software is a plusKnowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols in the construction industryBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceLet's get this done.
