This position is very rewarding with excellent earning potential. Supervisor assist Manager in the day-to-day production of marketing reps. Assist Manger in setting weekly schedules, perform one on one evaluations for all reps by-weekly assist in the Monthly team meetings. Assists Manger in one-on-one conversation weekly with each sales associate.Assist in the work performance of the staff in how they deliver the sales pitch and ensuring that the Company approved training program is delivered to all associates. Ensure that the standards and policies of both Westgate and our partners are upheld.
