Operations Team Lead

Responsibilities
• Lead the operational process• Unload trailers and process new receipts• Manage price changes and merchandise returns• Maintain housekeeping and organizational standards• Develop and work from a daily workload plan• Support Omni functions including picking, packing, and shipping customer orders• Open and close the store, including weekends• Resolve customer service issues• Maintain a safe shopping and working environment• Approve select point of sale transactions
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent• Read and speak English• Ability to lift between 10 lbs to 72 lbs• Ability to push or pull 100 lbs to 500 lbs carts• Ability to operate a computer• Ability to work unsupervised• Ability to stand for long periods of time• Ability to push/pull receiving equipment weighing up to 500 lbs• Retail Operations Experience preferred
