Operations Manager - Work From Home

Public Service Enterprise Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Indianapolis, Indiana. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in operations management and possess a strong sense of leadership and initiative.

You must be energetic, passionate, and have a high level of emotional intelligence. Experience with project management is essential, as is the ability to foster transparency and open dialogue for effective communication at all levels.
