Position Overview: As an Operations Manager in the glass and glazing industry, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our operational processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial estimation and bidding to final installation and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
* Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of materials and supplies.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the glass and glazing industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from conception to completion.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
