Responsibilities
• Develop a high-performing team that delivers top-line sales growth.• Manage store operations, including realignments, planograms, and inventory.• Promote a culture of accountability and meet store goals.• Utilize task management system to prioritize and execute operational focuses.• Maximize productivity and sales while managing payroll and operational workload.• Review and react to financial and operational reporting.• Execute the Guest Engagement Leader program and provide a friendly guest experience.• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.• Attract, hire, and retain top talent.• Manage supply inventory, vendor relationships, and store standards.
Requirements
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant work experience.• Bachelor's degree preferred.• Success with driving top-line sales, managing inventory, and interpreting financial data.• Proven ability to develop and motivate a team, adapt to change, and collaborate.• Proficient with technology, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational skills.• Flexibility to work a full-time schedule including weekends and attend corporate meetings.
