Job Description:

News Corp is seeking a talented Online Web Chat Manager to join our team in Washington, D.C. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in the field. As a mid-to-senior level professional, you will be responsible for managing online web chat services for the company.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and respond to online web chat inquiries from clients and customers- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Analyze chat data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and support- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the web chat platform- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions

Requirements:
