Online Marketing Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an Online Marketing Associate at Norfolk Southern in Columbus, Ohio. As an associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in online marketing and a strong understanding of digital advertising strategies.

Responsibilities:- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, and search engines- Analyze data and metrics to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions- Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic and online engagement- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online marketing- Assist in creating content for online marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and copywriting- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media platforms

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field- 3+ years of experience in online marketing- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media advertising- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others- Resourceful and able to work independently- Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
