Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Lear in San Jose, California. As an Associate level professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our online customers.

Responsibilities:- Manage customer relationships through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and answering queries in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement- Develop and maintain customer success strategies and playbooks- Provide training and support to customers on how to best utilize our products and services- Monitor customer health metrics and take proactive measures to prevent churn- Assist in the onboarding process for new customers and provide ongoing support throughout their journey

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field- Strong project management skills- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- 4+ years of experience in customer service or account management- Energetic and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in CRM software and online communication tools
