Job Description:

Rite Aid is seeking an experienced Online Customer Service Manager to join our team in San Diego, California. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in online customer service management. This is a part-time role that offers opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization.

Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage online customer service operations, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues and escalations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction- Develop and implement strategies to improve online customer service processes and procedures- Train and supervise a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service- Monitor online customer feedback and reviews, and implement strategies to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and IT, to enhance online customer service capabilities- Analyze data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:- 7 years of experience in online customer service management- Reliable and dedicated work ethic- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet- Proven track record of driving innovation and progress in a customer service environment
